This is a channeled meditation designed to activate your body’s wisdom and let go of the control of the mind to heal feelings in the body that could have manifested in the body in some forms of dis-ease.
Your body knows what is true or not. By letting the body take control of what is going on within itself, it knows exactly what needs to be done to heal itself.
The body knows where you hide feelings of guilt and shame, and directs self created healing energy to those places. It can be inside the body or in your aura or energy field.
Guilt and shame create a desire to hide, be invisible and that may lead to not living your life purpose and therefore not living a satisfied life. And that desire to hide can lead to different dis-ease in the body and block sexual energy since sexual energy is The Life Energy. If you don’t want to live your purpose and be the Magnificence that you truly are, you don’t need life energy, you don’t need your sensuality, natural sexuality and libido.
I invited God, the Creator, the Earth, elementals and cosmic energies to contribute to this healing space that this meditation provides to assist in the letting go and healing and step into being visible for the World.
